Intermedical Solutions is not a patient referral service and does not provide medical opinion, advice, tests, procedures, diagnosis or treatment. Based on our research and inquiries, we provide information about hospitals, doctors and medical travel related service providers, in order for you to make informed decisions. We do not recommend, refer, endorse, or approve any healthcare provider, travel agency or other providers listed in the Site. The contents of this website, such as text, images, photos, videos, brochures, any information obtained from Intermedical Solutions’ partners, and other material contained on this website (“Material”) are for informational purposes only. The Material is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. We encourage you to consult all your medical issues with your local doctor in your country, before making a decision on medical treatment abroad. For any medical emergency, immediately contact your nearest healthcare professional or your local emergency contact number.
Cancellation & Changes
Because of the special nature of the medical and tour packages featured in this Site, our affiliates may impose variable cancellation fees. You agree that Intermedical Solutions, S.L. has no control over such fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these charges.
Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some maybe non-refundable. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance.
Travel Documents
All participants must be in possession of a valid passport during time of travel. Depending on length of visit, a Visa or may be required for some or all of the countries visited. Please check your visa requirement at time of booking. Intermedical Solutions will provide visa information when applicable.

Payment Terms
All participants will be required to make payment through bank transfer or credit card in order to confirm all bookings. Four weeks prior to departure, a 20% deposit of the total procedure price will be required to reserve booking.
Privacy Policy
The information that we collect from our users is used only to facilitate the selection of desired destination and medical procedure. We do not sell or share your information to any third party at any time without your permission. The protection of our users’ personal information is extremely important to us. Therefore, we have adopted a privacy policy outlining our personal information collection and use practices. Please refer to it for details about how we collect and use personal information from users of this Site. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site, and you should periodically consult this Site to stay apprised of any such changes.
Terms of Use
The Site and any Materials that we may provide to you, whether orally or in writing, such as marketing materials, invoices and itineraries (collectively, the “Materials”), contain information about hospitals, doctors, travel locations, travel details and many other things. Some of this information is supplied to us by third party independent service providers, such as hospitals, doctors and travel insurance providers. We have taken reasonable care to ensure it is correct and up to date; however we cannot continually verify the accuracy of such information. In addition, the medical services provided by the hospitals are the sole responsibility of that provider. All our providers provide their services in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
You accept that there will be an independent evaluation of your medical condition in the best interest of your health and well being by the hospital/clinic/facility you have chosen, after you report to hospital/clinic/facility. After the evaluation is carried out by the medical professionals at that hospital/clinic/facility, who may be of the opinion that a particular procedure is required to be conducted, you understand that if you want to be treated at that particular hospital/clinic/facility, you will accept the treatment advised by the physicians/specialists there. You understand the administrative role of the health care facilitator Intermedical Solutions and hence agree that we are not responsible whatsoever for the outcome of your treatment or procedure. You accept that the services/treatment provided by hospital/clinic/facility you have chosen shall be at their considered discretion, in your best interest.
You accept you shall accurately and fully disclose information and carry medical reports and records pertaining to your present and past medical status regarding any illnesses/allergies/drug abuse/mental status/treatment or surgeries undergone, prior to your traveling to that hospital/clinic/facility, to assist hospital/clinic/facility in determining your proper treatment. Based on the information supplied, hospital/clinic/facility doctors may offer advice in good faith on your undertaking the journey to hospital/clinic/facility. However, they are not liable for any adverse consequences thereof. You understand that hospital/clinic/facility will not be responsible for your medical condition prior to treatment at that hospital/clinic/facility.
You understand and undertake that if exigencies demand that in your best welfare and for your benefit any additional expenditure is to be incurred on your treatment, you shall bear the same. You understand and agree that Intermedical Solutions, S.L. is not responsible for any of your treatment or other expenses. You understand and accept the fact that on thorough evaluation of your medical condition under best care and attention at your chosen hospital/clinic/facility, you may be found unfit for carrying out the medical procedure or delay in the procedure, which may entail sending you back at your cost. You also understand and accept that there may be complications that may arise during the course of treatment at a hospital/clinic/facility, in spite of due care being provided by hospital/clinic/facility and/or its medical professionals. You shall abide by all the terms and conditions, which govern all patients at hospital/clinic/facility you have chosen.
It should be noted that the documents issued to you are non-transferable. Such documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these conditions. In addition, at times exact cancellation fees may not be known until after cancellation, due to the booking systems, policies and processes of the relevant service providers. You agree that Intermedical Solutions is not responsible for the quantum or certainty of cancellation fees. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the providers’ liability to you. In particular, some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury or medical malpractice. Your booking is made subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions.
Any amount you paid to Intermedical Solutions in respect of medical, travel or related services, are received by us as the agent only of the Provider. If for any reason, any Provider or the Hospital is unable to provide you the services for which you have paid, your remedy lies against that Provider or the Hospital, as applicable, and not against Intermedical Solutions. If we received payment by your credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback or recover your payment or any other direct or indirect losses from Intermedical Solutions. Further, you agree that, for the purposes of any applicable credit card scheme rules, by completing your booking and remitting payment to the relevant Providers, Intermedical Solutions has discharged in full our responsibilities to you. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby waive the right to seek any chargeback against Intermedical Solutions with respect to any such payment and you agree that these Terms and Conditions may be used by Intermedical Solutions to resist any chargeback you seek to make against us.
You are responsible for obtaining all your health information and travel documents that are required. You also acknowledge that you may not be able to obtain travel insurance to cover part or all of your travel to receive medical services from the Hospital or otherwise. The availability of insurance will be determined by each relevant travel insurer in it’s sole discretion based on your specific circumstances. Insurance coverage may be limited or not be available for travel for medical purposes and / or any pre-existing conditions for which you or your traveling companions are traveling.
You must not make any fraudulent or false inquiries, bookings, reservations or requests using our Site. You must not upload, post or transmit to or via the website any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, indecent, inflammatory or pornographic material or any material that could give rise to civil or criminal proceedings; You must not tamper with, hinder the operation of or make unauthorized modifications to the website; You must not knowingly transmit any virus or other disabling feature to the Site; You must not impose or attempt to impose a disproportionately large load on the Site infrastructure; You must not knowingly permit another person to do any of the above acts.
You warrant that: you are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and create legal binding obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of using this Site; you are responsible (financially and otherwise) for all uses of this Site by you and those using this Site using your ID and password; the information you supply via the Site will be accurate and not misleading, deceptive or likely to be mislead or deceive. you agree to supervise all usage of this Site by minors under your name or account. you agree that the medical and other service reservations facilities of this Site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. In the event of any problem with this Site, any Site Materials, or services obtained on or through this Site, you agree that your sole remedy is to cease using such items.
Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Intermedical Solutions and our affiliates, and our and their respective directors, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses, relating to or arising from your use of the Materials provided by us, or services obtained from the Materials, or any arrangements you make at our Site or based on information obtained from The Materials, or your use of the Site, any website Materials, or services obtained on or through the Site, or any arrangements you make based on information obtained on or through the Site or any breach by you of our Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be deemed to be made under, and in all respects shall be interpreted, construed and governed by and in accordance with laws of Madrid, Spain, without regard to its choice of law principles, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Federal and State courts located in Madrid, Spain.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this agreement may be brought in the above mentioned courts. For the purpose of any such legal action or proceeding, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby agree not to raise and waive any objection to or any defense based upon the venue of such courts and any objection or defense based upon an inconvenient form. You also agree not to bring any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this agreement outside the above courts of Spain.
You understand the administrative role of the health care facilitator Intermedical Solutions, S.L. and hence agree that we are not responsible whatsoever for the outcome of your treatment or procedure. You shall abide by all the terms and conditions, which govern all patients at the hospital/clinic/facility you have chosen. That in case of any dispute or difference, of whatever nature, that may arise with respect to the treatment and procedure undergone or to be undergone by you at the hospital/clinic/facility that you have chosen, you accept that the same shall be governed by the laws of the country where the hospital/clinic/facility is located in only and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at the state and country the hospital/clinic/facility is located in.
We control our Site from its offices within the city of San Sebastian, Spain. The Site can be accessed from any country worldwide. Since the laws of each country able to access the websites may differ, by accessing the Sites both you and Intermedical Solutions agree that the statutes and laws of Madrid, Spain, without regard to choice of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to use of our Sites.
Intermedical Solutions makes no representation that Materials on our Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access these Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Consequences
If you do not comply with these terms, we have the right to suspend or eliminate your account, and remove any information you have placed on our Site. We may also take any legal action we think is appropriate. If your violation of these terms causes harm to others, you agree to hold Intermedical Solutions harmless against any liability for that harm.
Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising under or with respect to this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration under the provisions of the Madrid Arbitration Act. The arbitrator in any proceeding may award reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys` fee, to the prevailing party.
General
If any of these terms of use is invalid or unenforceable, it will be struck out, and the remaining terms will remain in force. Headings are for reference purposes only. You agree that no agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship exists between yourself and Intermedical Solutions as a result of your usage of this Site. You must use this Site in a responsible and co-operative manner. If we do not act in relation to a breach by you or others of these Site Rules, this does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. No employee, agent or representative of the Company has the authority to modify, waive, or alter any provision of these terms and conditions.
